Manage end to end People & Culture Process for the North American region, including, but not limited to:
Actively business partner with leadership in region to deliver against the people strategy Define and develop Employee Value Proposition and monitor PIP's delivery against it, working closely with other departments (including recruiting, capability management and staffing) Conduct retention calls and coaching of consultant and support teams Drive retention initiatives, including the internal pulse and culture surveys Manage entire Performance Management Process for both consultants and our corporate practices Drive the Development Leader program and ensure robust development plans in place at all levels Deliver People Skills / Leadership training Work with Portfolio Lead to create and organize the people content / agenda for regional office conferences Build monthly updates pack of the P&C dashboard for leadership with recommendations on next steps Responsible for all employee relations issues including management of employee exits where required Implement HR processes & policies and create / update (where needed) Collaboration with broader team to develop and drive any other ad-hoc People and Culture projects, both regionally and firm wide You will have:
5-10 years of experience as a HR generalist, ideally in a consulting or professional services firm Previous experience dealing with employee relations, performance management and remuneration reviews Knowledge of employment law and HR practices in both US and Canada Proven ability to influence at senior levels in the organization Strong organizational, presentation and Microsoft office skills Proven ability to move from strategic to hands on operational matters while retaining a high level of personal effectiveness Exposure to, and knowledge of, a diverse range of HR specialties including learning & development, remuneration, succession planning, recruitment, resource planning and change management Implement HR processes & policies and create / update (where needed) Collaboration with broader team to develop and drive any other ad-hoc People and Culture projects, both regionally and firm wide
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
